The New Ability Health Center is a multi-service assistance hub committed to providing a centralized point of access for individuals living with mental illness and intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
Our model addresses systemic barriers by delivering integrated support that tackles chronic poverty, resource scarcity, and long-term housing instability — challenges that disproportionately affect the populations we serve.
We are strategically located in Houston’s Sunnyside, South Park, Third Ward, and Crestmont neighborhoods — historically underserved communities where access to consistent, coordinated care is urgently needed.
