Our Supported Employment program helps adults (18+) living with mental illness, intellectual or developmental disabilities, and traumatic brain injuries secure competitive, community-based employment. Unlike traditional job-readiness programs, supported employment focuses on personalized job placement based on each individual’s interests, strengths, and preferences.
Participants are placed in integrated work settings, meaning they work alongside individuals without disabilities, earning fair wages and building meaningful careers.
